Meet the Staff

Traci is our seasoned office manager and insurance expert with a passion for efficiency and customer service. If you have questions about insurance or need a problem solved, Traci is the one to see! Traci is Dr. Hall's main "go to helper" in running the office. Her assistance in the day to day operations of the office allows Dr. Hall to be the doctor.  She is a graduate of Lamar High School and has been with our practice since January 2015. When she's not expertly navigating the intricacies of the office management and insurance, she enjoys diving into a good book and cheering on the Razorbacks with a spirited "Woo Pig Sooie!" Traci is married to her husband Ryan.  As a proud mother of five and grandmother of three, she cherishes her family and the special moments they share. Her dedication to her profession and her family, combined with her love of sports, makes her a dynamic and interesting individual.  

Mikayla joined the Hall Eye Care Center team in August 2025 as an ophthalmic/optometric technician.  She has several years of experience in the hospital setting as a CNA.  She is a health professional that performs ophthalmic screening and testing in order to provide Dr. Hall with information needed to diagnose diseases and administer treatments in caring for your eyes and eyesight.  She will be taking medical histories, measuring eye pressure and visual acuity, operating equipment and assisting Dr. Hall.  She is also a contact lens technician. This position enables her to educate and train new contact lens patients about the wear and care of their contacts and the insertion and removal of contact lenses. 

Brianna is a skilled optical technician with a strong background in eye care. An optical technician's job involves fabricating, fitting, and repairing eyewear by filling prescriptions, taking measurements, adjusting frames, and educating patients. As a 10-year military veteran, she brings discipline, precision, and a deep sense of duty to her work. A proud mother of five, Brianna expertly manages the balance between her career and family life. In her leisure time, she loves immersing herself in books and cherishing quality moments with her family. Her diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to both her profession and family make her a great addition to the team.
